Who is Vovinam for?
Vovinam is suitable for people of all ages interested in self-defence and/or those interested in training their body and mind. Skills prospective students can look forward to learning include: strikes, kicks, blocks, attacking combos, grappling, wrestling, free sparring and learning weaponry.
